Hi there,
We just updated to the latest version of the Kleo theme, and now we’ve got some super-weirdness on individual profiles. Most of our icons are gone, and the one that remains is a Chinese (I think) character.
Please see the attached screen shot! This was captured in the current version of Chrome, BTW.
How do we fix this???

April 13, 2015 at 19:30 #54232sharmstrModeratorYou need to flush your cache/cdn after updating. Your site is throwing 404 errors from your cdn.

April 13, 2015 at 19:52 #54238broadswordParticipantOk, we cleared the cache and the CDN and here’s what WP-Engine said once we did that, @sharmstr
“Hmm, so even with the CDN completely cleared, it doesn’t appear to be helping. Also, when I check the server itself, this is due to the files missing completely. So this doesn’t appear to be a CDN issue, but rather the files actually not existing.”
April 13, 2015 at 20:31 #54246broadswordParticipantThey also said this:
“Okay, This is one of the files that is missing:
wp-content/themes/kleo-child/assets/css/plugins.min.css”
We just a full
April 13, 2015 at 20:32 #54247broadswordParticipantSorry, we just did a full theme update, so not sure why we’d be missing wp-content/themes/kleo-child/assets/css/plugins.min.css – where can we find that?
April 13, 2015 at 20:45 #54250sharmstrModerator/assets/css/plugins.min.css shouldn’t be in kleo-child. Looking at the source code again and all of your files are being served from kleo-child. They shouldn’t be. kleo-child is only for changes.
You should have 2 themes installed.
Kleo: This should have *all* of the files and shouldnt be active. BUT IT NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED
Kleo Child: At a mininum it should only have 2 files. styles.css and fucntions.php. IT SHOULD BE ACTIVE.How did you update? Did you ftp the files to the kleo child folder instead of the kleo folder like you should have?

April 13, 2015 at 20:48 #54251sharmstrModeratorThe missing file is in the correct location: http://15bci6416bo9npz9p1ez7k96.wpengine.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/themes/kleo/assets/css/plugins.min.css
It really looks like you guys updated wrong. Kleo-child should NEVER be updated. Only Kleo.

April 13, 2015 at 21:43 #54259broadswordParticipantWe definitely did not update Kleo-child, just Kleo – and we did it with the themeforest API key method.
However, the theme developer who put Kleo-child together probably included *everything* from Kleo, because he’s an idiot.
So, @sharmstr – you’re saying we should remove plugins.min.css from the Kleo-child theme, correct?
April 13, 2015 at 22:34 #54269sharmstrModeratorI havent made any suggestions nor will I. I have no idea what changes your dev made. Read what I said again. By default ALL files should be in kleo and only style.css and functions.php should be in kleo-child. There’s no reason to have any other files in kleo-child UNLESS they were changed for some reason.
