Help…Video Button not working

Hi…my video button stopped working on both my homepage (commercial) and in the shortcodes page. I tried switching from child’s theme to regular theme to see if that would work, it did not. I’ve tried resetting my homepage to a revision point when the video did work….that did not work. I’ve tried deactivating all of my plug-ins and then one by one turning them back on…that did not work.

Something broke somewhere…I’m not sure what or where, or what may be in conflict with it running – and am seriously at my wit’s end. About seven hours of my day today doing the back and forth thing.
