Help with some setup and configuration questions

Hello I have some questions about a few things with setting up my theme and tying it together with bbpress and buddypress.

Groups:
I have created groups for each state and a forum to go with it. Now what I would like to do is to be able to make the group public (anyone can join), but make the forum area for that group only be accessible to those that are in the group. Can I accomplish this?

Is it possible to edit the layout of the groups page and how it is displayed? (ie: display more groups per page, display only text links, etc..)

Profile:
Is there a listing of the files that would be needed to customize the layout of the profile page? Mainly I would like to know what I can display in that header area with the picture and that profile info and I would like to customize that menu bar.

Can someone explain the difference between the ‘Album’ and ‘Media’? Currently I only allow photos and disabled video uploads. So if both only does photos should I just disable rtMedia or is rtMedia needed to convert like Youtube links to show embedded videos and things like that?

Memberships/Users:
Can we limit how many Private Msgs and Forum Posts a user can make before a higher membership is required?

Could I uninstall WooCommerce and only have PMP configured and members would still be able to purchase subscriptions/membership levels and have it all work properly? Because WooCommerce looks like a store and I don’t plan on doing any of that.

Other Questions:
How do I edit the search box widget that is on my homepage? I want to change colors to that box and the colors to the background of the dropdowns and text boxes.

Which file(s) do I need to edit to customize the registration page? I added Captcha plugin and it sticks in on the bottom when there is plenty of space on the left side of the screen under the user/password info.

Thank you for any help with some of these questions. Still new to WordPress and how it works.

Editing the template may need custom code, other than css also php, do you want help with it?

For profiles, also need to work with css and php, this is custom work so i could help you with the basic.
bpalbum and rtmedia do have a difference, rtmedia has more options like comments on photos, restrictions etc, bpalbum shows your photos simple and clean.

You can limit who can send messages, to limit the rate you will need custom work and i suggest to hire a developer to do it for you. Or you can use this http://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-private-message-rate-limiter/ but it doesnt have a subscription option.

Woocommerce is not needed for the subscriptions to work, is only needed if you want to have a shop in your website.

You can edit it using css, i can give you the code if you share with me the colors that you want.

Also css, registration page layout is something you can edit by css or php, but for what you want css will do it. Just share with me your register page so i can make a code for you.
