Hidden field

Hi!
I have a problem with the view of the fields I show in the red circle (attachment). I can see them all correctly on win10 and the Android system, but on an Iphone the last field disappears and can not be seen. How could I solve this?

Hi,

Can you please provide profile url ?

Also noticed that you have some js errors on the members page

Make sure to have all updated : WP, THEME, and also the plugins. Plugins may be updated under wp-admin -> Appearance -> install plugins
