hide group description on home page view

Is there a way to hide group description on home page but allow the description to show upon entering the actual Group Window..

Add this css to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css

    display: none !important;
}

Thanks Radu and sorry for not being clear about the problem. What I meant is to hide Group’s description on the front page of Kleo. I just realized Buddypress refers to the Group’s page as Home page.
