Hide Profile Group

I have a few profile field groups, let’s call them “About Me”, “Get to Know Me”, and “Personal Details”. Can I hide one of them (About Me) from the profile tab? Not the profile tabs at the top of the profile page where the profile pic is, but the one below where there are Buddypress tabs for Profile, Messages, Activity, Settings, etc…
