Hide Profile Header when viewing your own profile

Hi,

How can I hide the profile header when viewing your own profile, is it the same as in Sweetdate https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/hide-profile-header?

Also, how can i remove entirely the grey bar at the top (under the logo), which shows the breadcrumbs and appears in every page?

Css will be added to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css
