Hide some categories from Portfolio filter

I have many more portfolio categories than i want showing in the portfolio filter. is there a way I can hide some of these from the filter that generates in the [[kleo_portfolio] shortcode?

Hello, the categories are for the portfolio, so you should have the ones you want to show 🙂
