Hello, regarding this and the other ticket, you have a lot of issues with the site and elementor. I am not sure what is the cause but if you want i can offer you a fresh install of the theme, with the demo setup. I would need cpanel access for this. Let me know 🙂

Hello, You offer me a fresh install of the theme, with the demo setup. But why you reinstall wordpress? Had you keep any back up?

Hello, yes there is a backup at the directory. A wordpress reinstall was needed, the issues were not at the files or at the wordpress admin section, so i suppose it was the database, because now elementor and other elements work correctly. By using the backup the issue would return
