home page loading slow

Hi there, I’m using pinterest style as my homepage.
But for some reason, it normally takes me more than haft a minute to open the home page. But the kleo demo page takes less then few seconds. So I assume there must be something i did wrong~
Can u plz check what possibly cause the slow loading?

Hello,

The problem is probably caused by this function “Post likes”

Disable and say me if you see a improvment of page load time.

Go to -> Theme Settings -> BLOG -> Enable post likes* set OFF

Wow, it worked.
Hmm, the strange thing is in both posts and posts grid, the ‘like’ function is still on, so I have no clue what ajax”Enable post likes” does, any difference between ‘on’ and ‘off’?

and the attached .jpg showes before i turned it off,the admin-ajax.php took a lot of time pending. So i assume admin-ajax is the one in charge of ‘like’ function

On my side, admin-ajax request is no longer, probably you see that because of browser cache.
