Home Page Search Box – Profile Field Checkbox/Dropdown

I have set up a profile field for the register page that displays the options in checkboxes.

I’ve also added this profile field as a search option on the home page, however I need it to display as a drop down on the home page.

How can I make it so that the profile field options display as checkboxes on the register/profile page but displays as a drop down menu on the home page search?

Hi, There is no way to do that by default. You need to customize the functionality by hiring a developer or do it yourself if you have PHP and WordPress knowledge.
All functions related to the search are locate in sweetdate/custom_buddypress/kleo-bp-search.php
