Home-Register template issue

I have installed template “Home Register ” which is displaying the page without “Register Form”. I have seen my domain with and without login to WordPress admin. Also, I tried adding a test page with “kleo-register-shortcode”, but it is not displaying register form content on the test page. Tried same on the live domain as well as on localhost but its seem like shortcode doesn’t work.

Kindly help me resolving this issue

It is resolved myself. I forgot to tick mark “Anyone can register” in WordPress general options.
