Homepage counter not matching with Subscribers

I do know my initial support for this template has expired but I continue to have the same problem in that my homepage counter is not showing an equal number of “Users” in the Dashboard. This is all the help I request corrected if you may, please.

Secondly, is there a way to have all fields visible to Subscribers? Mine displays just less than six fileds while Subscribers are left not finding or seeing hidden fields. In all, first subscribers provide very little info about themselves. many go away after completing the “Base” entries. This makes info sorely lacking.

Can more photos be added? I dont see any such capability on my website.
