Homepage not working

Hi My homepage looks a bit different then as presented in Demo please have a look and suggest me what should I do. Thank you.

Hello, i see you are missing the search form, go to Sweetdate > Buddypress and import buddypress fields, then save. Now select which fields to use at the form 🙂
At Sweetdate > Homepage you can choose what type of form do you need
