Horizontal search bar not appearing

I went under Sweetdate-Buddypress and chose the search fields under horizontal bar. Then I went to Sweetdate-Homepage and selected “Mixed”. The horizontal form does not appear. It gives me this error message Please configure your form fields under Sweetdate – Buddypress and moves the header picture to the right corner of the site. Really frustrating.

Hi, Make sure you have checked some fields in Sweetdate – Buddypress – Horizontal form

If you check them you shouldn’t encounter that problem
