Hostgator won’t import Kleo due to CPU

Hi

Everytime I try to install Kleo onto my wordpress site which is hosted by hostgator, I get an error message.

ERROR 500 – INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

theglasshalffull.com.au/wp-admin/themes.php?page=kleo_import

They have said that hostgator does not support the theme due to CPU –

The theme may not be supported if it will take a lot of CPU to display the reason why Hostgator will display it as a 500 error

Is this the case? Do you have other clients using hostgator?

Is there anything I can do or other plugins I can install so that it will work?

Hello, we know many customers that use hostgator without problems, i personally use it too with KLEO.
So this is a hosting issue, your hosting package might be not enough for your website. KLEO works fine with the baby plan of hostgator.
Anther thing could be the amount of plugins used at your website that could be using too many server resources
