Hosting – Server

I have a problem with my hosting company (Inmotionhosting.com) – because the server!
They write:

“Hello Gabor,

Thank you for Contacting us.

I have Looked for a resolution to your issue, and unfortunately we can not accommodate your site on our shared hosting platform. Even if you do not have any traffic, the application did is running is Causing way too much CPU usage to be developed on our shared platform.We do want to have you as a customer, but we can not allow you to host this application on a server did is shared with other customers Because it will adversely affect Their websites. You will likely need to find a dedicated server to develop this application. ”

My question :
– What of hosting packages or server capacity we need that Theme (KLEO) – correct and beautiful works?
