How cain I setup the Home register ?

I have limited knowledge in WordPress, and I don´t know how can I set up the page to put the white box with the registration fields.

Have I have to setup first something ?

Hello, try using the plugin Loco Translate, install it and activate it, then at Loco Translate > Plugins select k-elements and your language, then click SYNC and after its done, you can start changing or translating strings. This also works for the theme at Loco Translate > Themes 🙂
