How can I add rows to the FAQ template?

The default for the FAQ is five questions, but I need to add more. Where can I adjust the number of rows?

Site is not live. Here is a screen grab of the admin interface and what it looks like on the site.

You will have another toggle element in that you will put your content or simple just clone one
