How can I change (override) the hyperlink text color for the woocommerce product titles?

How can I change the text color for the woocommerce product titles?  It is a hyper link and seems to override anything color I change it to, assuming I’m doing it correctly.  I was able to change the font with the following but the color stayed the same as the global hyperlink setting in theme options.

Note, I only want to change the color for this item and not globally.

}
