How can I display seletected group?

I’d like to make featured group list page.
for example

====Official Group===== (made by admin)
====Member’s Group==== (made by user)(not display made by admin)
====Featured Group==== (made by user but I choose or Paid Member’s Group)

There is no set way of doing that within Kleo because there is no option for it in Buddypress. It will take some custom coding. You should ask over on the Buddypress forum or do a google search.
