How can I remove authenticated user tool bar as you do on seventhqueen.com

My wordpress look like my wordpress, so admin (authenticated user) toolbar (at the top of the page) must be removed. How can I achieve that or how do you achieve it there: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/activity-stream-shortcode/
After authentication also there must not be classic wordpress toolbar.

Thanks, but how can I insert these items to my custom menu:
Login,Register for Non Authenticated users
Avatar+Logout for Authenticated user?
Is there any shortcode etc. for this requirement.

wp admin -> appearance -> menus. make sure the kleo section is turned on by clicking on screen options in the upper right.
