how can the wordpress match the existing topics posted automatically when user is typing it?

Hi, we are using the BuddyApp as a user support forum.

We want to have the same feature in your user support forum here (refer to point 1 of the screen capture):

i) When user key in the text in the topic, the wordpress will show similar user forum posted by matching the text.

ii) Then user is able to branch to those topics by clicking it.

One more thing, I find in here I can Ctrl-V and Ctrl-C to copy and paste image directly into the post. But it does not work in my BuddyApp forum (refer to point 2 of the screen capture). Pls advise.
