How do admin sent a custom email to a member from the member list in theme

Hello,

We are having a members website providing various services.

If any member’s reference apply for the services, then I need to send an email to a member stating “We have recieved your reference application, and will get in touch with them soon.”

This is the message which i want to send to my members.

How can admin send mail to the member?

There’s nothing built into WP, BP or Kleo that will do this. You’ll need to search for a plugin or custom code.

How do i add whatsapp icon in main menu tab?
Can i give 2 numbers and 2 emails in the main menu info?
I want to give it one below the other

For eg: feel free to call us: +(91). xxxx
xxx

I want this format for number and email.
