How do i remove name and subject line from messages

Please how do i remove the Name line and Subject line from buddypress member’s message form to look simpler with the message (chat)

Hello, they are required for the messages to work, so even if you hide it you wont be able to send the message

but i just want to keep it simple, there should be a way to remove the subject line just like contact form 7
