I’m using the home-register demo content page as my landing page. On it there’s a register form generated in Visual Composer by a custom element you’ve made, Kleo Register. I want to change the prepopulated text in one field from “Your Full Name” to “Display Name” (which is more accurate anyhow)
But how do I do this? I can’t find the element under vc_templates in the theme folders, and even if I did I don’t know if it would override the ones Visual Composer is accessing as who knows if VC looks at child theme content for element changes?
Default text in a form is the sort of content that should be easily editable, not obfuscated.

If you really need to edit the fields here is responsible file : wp-content/plugins/k-elements/shortcodes/templates/kleo_register.php but you will need to know some php and html also by copying this file to wp-content/plugins/k_elements/ you will be able to rewrite it in child
Cheers

Can I make a K-element folder in child as one does for buddypress and put it there?

K-elements folder should be named like this k_elements with underscore not with minus, also for the buddypress, buddypress folder name
