Hi,

I would like to know 2 things as below, can you please send me step by step guide.

 

1. How to add a Create an Account form on home page instead of Search form like you see on your demo site: http://seventhqueen.com/demo/sweetdatewp-modern/

I also want to add a check box in the above form that a user click that they have read terms and conditions.

2. How to add a slider on this theme http://seventhqueen.com/demo/sweetdatewp-modern/
