How to add a group?

I’m trying to let members create groups, but I don’t see the “add new group” option in the theme.  How can I add it to my visible site?  As always, thanks for your help.  You guys are great!

Its only available on the frontend in the groups directory, not in their profile. If you dont see it in the groups directory, make sure you have Settings > Buddypress > Settings: “Enable group creation for all users” turned on.

Where can I find the “groups directory?” Sorry, I’m a newbie.

I do have all appropriate boxes checked to allow users access to groups.

Its whatever page you set for your groups in Settings > Buddypress > Pages.

Found it! Thanks. So, how can users create groups if it’s only available on the frontend editor? A logged in user won’t see this, right?

Never mind!! I just need to add the “groups” page to my menu to make it visible to users.
