How to add cover image to member list background

Hi, where there is plain/white space in the member list/group list background i want to show the cover image there, behind the profile avatar. what code i need please?

Hi Thanks for your response. I am aware its a different one but i need your help to put the cover images in the member loop page. Can you please provide a line of code i can gather cover image of listed users.
