How to add custom tab on profile page

I wanted to add two new tab in profile page and wanted to reorder the menu,

Will you please tell me which file I have to edit or over ride?

I wanted to show some record of the user based on their performance.

I am using child theme.

Can you tell me how to add second tab?

I replicated the code different function name but I am not able to replaced the tile name and page content on second tab.

I mean both custom tabs are showing same title and content.
