How to add custom URL to logo?

Hai I would like to change the URL linked to Logo.

By default, it is linked to the website, In my case it is KonnectCareer.com.

I want the logo to be linked to KonnectCareer.com/activity. The reason I want to change this ” It is taking so much time to Re-Direct from KonnectCareer.com to konnectcareer.com/activity ”

I have tried to change the general-header-section.php
I have moved that file into child-theme under /kleo-child/page-parts/ and even to /kleo-child, But I was not able to see the changes,
Could you check the code and make the change.

After I made changes to the parent theme it works.

Could you see into this once, Sometimes child theme changes work and sometimes parent theme changes works, Even when Child-theme is active all the time.
