How to add the new component in profile page?

Hi.
I bought the theme and it was awesome.
But I have a question.

How to add the new component in profile page?
I just saw the page below, and the profile of the guy have a components of “SITES”.
http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/members/kleoadmin/blogs/

I also wanna add the components of “SITES”.
But I couldn’t find the option that I could add the new component.

Now I’m trying to make a new kind of website in Japan.
Hope someone help me.

Hi, That Sites option will show when you enable WordPress Multisite and it will allow your users to create a website blog. More here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

Thanks, I understood.
But actually I don’t want that the user can see the admin panel.
So, this time, I’m not gonna use this feature.
