Hello, this css will do it

COPY CODE

section.container-wrap.main-title.alternate-color.border-bottom {
  background-color: rgb(215, 237, 252);
}

Add it to Quick css in theme settings or to style.css of child theme.
Then change the rgb(215, 237, 252) for the color you want 🙂

When is version 3 of Kleo coming out, I was told that it was going to be last week.

No firm date. It was pushed to this week, obviously, but Buddypress 2.3 was released today and there are more changes that need to be made to make Kleo compatible.
