How to Change the Default BuddyPress Avatar Sizes

Hi there,

How can I change the default Buddypress Avatar Sizes?
I placed the code below in bp_custom.php. No effect.

define ( ‘BP_AVATAR_THUMB_WIDTH’, 200 );
define ( ‘BP_AVATAR_THUMB_HEIGHT’, 200 );
define ( ‘BP_AVATAR_FULL_WIDTH’, 250 );
define ( ‘BP_AVATAR_FULL_HEIGHT’, 250 );

Also this is the template for the members directory where a 94 default size is set around line 28. Try changing that also and if still does not change, try to re-upload an avatar
