How to change the text of search form?

I want to change the description. How to do that?

I have another question about facebook login. If user use facebook login, Can the system automatic catch the users’ FB photo to become avatar. I use plugin_Facebook all_ It can catch the photos. Can I use that plugin with your theme templet.

Hi, Go to Settings -> Buddypress -> Settings and only admin can create groups from WP Admin -> Groups
