How to change the Welcome New User Mail

Hello, i don’t know how make a welcome mail for new subcribers.
I don’t know if is an update or mailchimp. Or since i make a multisite Installation
But is not the same than begining
Normally i was make a french welcome mail.
And now i got that ( see picture )

Hello, you can edit all emails at the Email section of the admin dashboard.
