How to collapse profile and group cover photo by default

How can i collapse the profile and group cover photo by default. It takes a lot of space when on the profile page.

Add this css to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css

COPY CODE

body.is-user-profile .bp-full-width-profile div#item-header {padding:0 !important;}
