How to delete Public Message button?

How can I delete the PUBLIC MESSAGE button on profiles?

I want to allow only PRIVATE MESSAGE.

Hello, only the button or the activity feature? To disable the activity feature that will hide the public message button please go to Settings > Buddypress and uncheck the activity 🙂
