How to develop customized search form

I have to place the search form at top menu bar, How can i do it

And is it possible to search profile with customize like in linkedin

For example search by name, searc by place and profession

You can use the BP Profile Search plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-profile-search/

I already using this pluin, But I need search form like If I enter any of the key related to anyfield in single search form it shows that key result, Can I do this in this plugin. If it can, kindly guide me how to do

You can build a form that will allow you to search the profile fields.
