how to disable mail validation

Hi,

Don’t know how to disble mail validation and some clients ask me that they have error with the validation code link.

Is is posible to disable the mail validation?

What I need is something like this, but dont know if there is another option: https://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-auto-activate-auto-login/
