How to display users avatar (image) thumb on all posts? What all the requirements?

Hi Team,

How do I display user avatar next to the blog, I’m attaching the screenshot.

Please let me know what all the requirements, I’ve tried couple of things but no success.

• It’s a simple beta site, with only 7 test posts with only one user registered as an Admin.
• is it possible without GAVATAR.
• I also installed WP User Avatar, however it’s deactivated now.
• BuddyPress is installed.
• I can see my thumbnail in Admin toolbar

I’m unable to see my avatar in the places (picture attached for your reference).
