how to embed videos to background from external site URL?

Hello,

 

I am try to embed a video to page background, but I found it only support video from YouTube and self host video. 

Unfortunately, we can not visit Youtube and host video on it, we always use Youku or Video.qq.

it would be great if you can let me know how to embed the following videos into the page background:

or
