How to enforce search age limits?

I have the age limits set to 18 – 75 in SweetDate/Buddypress settings. However, these limits are not enforced when users fill out the age field on  profile search forms (nor when a member fills out the age field when setting up their profile). For example, I can set my age as, say, 10 in my profile and I can search for members in the age range of, say, 6 to 11, even though the Inferior Age Limit is set to 18. How do I prevent users filling out age fields with values outside the Inferior/Superior range?

Under wp-admin -> profile -> birthday

Those are all available options for managing datefield
