Hello, so last time I had following issue:
A member that was not paying wrote his facebook address in the ABOUT ME field.
Hoping that female members will see it and not paying the membership.
In this case I had to to delete his profile, because I didnt have the option to delete his personal information in his profile (because not having access to his password or profile even as an administrator).I wonder how other users of this theme manage this issue?
I think this is a serious issue, if you use this theme with the paid membership pro
plugin and actually want people to pay to be able to chat with other member.Even after members buy a membership there should be ways to at least reduce the attempts
of passing personal contact information throught the profile or private message.I thought about following possible ways:
– Install some kind of buddypress profanity plugin to filter out certain words.
– Add words like: Email, facebook, skype, do not allow numbers to be displayed
– Inform the adminstrator if someone has created a profile or send a private message
including the “forbidden” words.– Do not allow members that are NOT paying to display certain profile fields.
– For instance the About me text area field. Please let me know if you have any idea, how to manage this issue.
Thank you

As administrator you have access to user profiles from front-end and also can edit them. Make sure to active the Admin bar and that will give you some options to edit profile when viewing one or just go to /members/username/profile/editHi there!!!
