how to get “key name” for a value to use on visual composer grid element?
for example: I need the key name for this event date.. how to get it?

Try the Visual Composer documentation supplied by the developer of the plugin https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/display/VC/Grid+Builder

Or ask the event plugin developer what the meta key name is.
