How to hide upper menu?

    I decided to hide the upper menu, which is telling to everyone that I am using WordPress and useless…

    1) how I could disable this menu completely for UNREregistered users? (screenshot 1)

    2) how I could disable this menu completely for REgistered users? (screenshot 2). Also how I could hide only the first part of this menu which I marked as “2” on the second screenshot?
