How to limit roles when members create groups

Dear Support Team. On my site members can create interest groups. I have noted that sometimes members make themselves administrator of those groups. How/where can I limit the roles they can choose for their group ? E.g. only member or moderator ?

Hello, by default, when a member creates a group, is set to Admin of that group, if not he cannot create it
