How to make 3 kind of download

Hello
I search the good plugin to make different option

First option
I put a files to download in a post, and i would like than kleo say : you have to be register to download it.
(may be put the link in an other page than say you have to be members to get this page)

Second Option
I would like put a files to download in a post and kleo say : you have to pay to download it
(may be put the link in an other page than say you have to pay to get this page)

third option
In the time i would like make a abonement where all the downloadable files are free if you pay an abonement

I found a lot of plugin to do it on the Web and i read on the kleo doc than membership pro could be do the job ?
I’m not sure because my english is very bad. But ‘im on the good way if i use this plugin ?
