How to make a site as simple and as fast loading as possible?

I want to make a few pages make as simple and as fast loading as possible.

As you can see here I could turn off everything except the floating arrow for the contact form in the lower right corner.

How can I turn that off per page?

I turned off everything within the page layout, but I am not sure if this is the most elegant way to a really fast loading page.

Any suggestions?

Hello, in theme options you can disable the back to top arrow and the animations ( the animations off will make the site even faster)

Thank you, but I don’t want to turn it off for the whole site but only for certain pages. Is that possible?
