How to make it userfriendly?

My members do not find my website login steps user friendly. Forexample, especially with mobile, when you login or register, you do not understand it. May we Show welcome page forexample. Or may we show user’s name or user name at top somewhere at HomePage?

I need such innovations. Can you help me please?
